Common questions from students about payment, plans and what's included
Can I switch plans after I start?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any billing cycle. Simply speak with our front desk team at least three days before your next payment date to adjust your package.
Is there a registration fee?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 200 applies to new students, covering your student profile setup and initial assessment. This fee is not charged again for renewals or plan changes.
What happens if I miss a class?
Standard and Premium members can reschedule missed classes within the same month, subject to availability. Starter plan classes are not carried over, so we recommend booking sessions that fit your regular schedule.
Do you offer trial classes before I commit?
Yes, new students can book a single trial class in ballet, salsa or oriental dance at a reduced rate before choosing a monthly plan. This helps you find the style and instructor that suits you best.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments at the studio, as well as bank transfer and mobile wallet payments. Monthly fees are due at the start of each billing cycle, and receipts are provided for every transaction.
Are costumes or shoes included in the price?
Class fees cover instruction and studio access only. Dance shoes and costumes for performances are purchased separately, and our staff can recommend suppliers in Alexandria for appropriate footwear and attire.
